Studio Year 3
For Studio in my third year of university, I worked on my own pitch titled 'Croaked'- a stop motion western comedy spinoff of the classic fable 'The Frog and the Scorpion'. I worked in several departments for the film, including script, prop and background design, as well as fabrication.
Original Pitch/ Concept for 'Croaked'
The original idea for 'Croaked' was a 2D animated short film, which had a longer story. There were more locations, as well as voices for the characters rather than them both being non verbal. From this concept, I reworked it while keeping the core ideas and values of the idea into my newer version of the pitch which was greenlit. From there, the project became a very collaborative work, and many ideas from everyone on the team were added. The version of Croaked that I pitched was with Alexia Hatton, Harriet Gilpin, and Tenuun Temur.

The whole Croaked team is very excited to be able to work on this project, including me. I am so excited that this idea I had was able to go from a silly story I had to an actual film for people to enjoy.
